Formal Dinner Buffet 
             
Choose two:
Roast Beef and Gravy, Turkey and Gravy, Ham, Pulled Pork B.B.Q.,
Shredded Pork Roast, Chicken Salad Sandwich
Choose two sides:
Mashed Potatoes, Au’Gratin Potatoes, 
Macaroni and Cheese
Choose two vegetables:
Corn, Green Beans, Baked Beans, Peas
Choose two:
Tossed Salad, Cauliflower Salad (layered salad), Italian Tossed Salad, Coleslaw, Potato Salad,
Macaroni Salad, Cottage Cheese, Fruit Cocktail, Applesauce


Items also included:
Buns, Bread, Dinner Rolls, or Croissant Rolls
White Plastic Silverware, 2 ply Dinner Napkins,
White Plastic 3-Compartment Dinner Plates and White Plastic Salad Bowls

Serving sizes:
1/3 lb of Meat, 2/3 cup Potato or Macaroni, ½ cup Vegetables and Salads.

Additional Information
 
All catering jobs can be customized to fit your needs.  Additional charges may apply to changes made to menu options. 
 
Add a third meat option from Formal Dinner menu for $1.50 per person.
 
Prime Rib is $16.50 per pound (14 pounds feeds an average of twenty people at 5/8 inch thick). 
Prime Rib is carved on site and is served with Horseradish and Au Jus.
 
Smoked Barbecue Baby Back Ribs are $12.00 per pound (cooked weight).
Two and half pounds of cooked ribs feeds four people.
 
Breakfast menu is available upon request.  Taco Bar and Baked Potato Bars are also available.
 
Chips and Pretzels may also be added to buffet for $0.75 per person.
 (We prefer to have an extra table off to the side for serving chips). 
 
Drinks are available for $1.00 per person:  Sweet and Unsweet Tea, Lemonade, Water. (Only available while buffet line is open)

Desserts can be added for $1.75  per person.  Dessert options are brownies, cobblers and ice cream cups.

Plates and silverware can be upgraded to a white sliver-trimmed plastic plate with sliver plastic eating utensils for $2.00 per person.
